Method of use:

1. According to the plastic parts of the width to choose appropriate specifications of plywood.

2. Open the bag, the plywood in 20 ℃ and 25 ℃ water about 4 to 5 seconds, extrusion 2-3 times at the same time, take out after squeeze out excess water.

3. Put the plywood in fixed position, shape, external use gauze bandage or elastic bandage fixation, elastic moderate;
